  • Cash payments to agents are strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized by the company in writing.
4. Client Obligations
  • Clients are required to assist in identifying and geo-tagging properties.
  • Land Gasti is not obligated to perform tasks outside the scope of the agreement.
5. Pricing and Additional Services
  • Pricing is subject to change, and certain services, such as property cleaning, are considered add-ons and will be charged separately.
  • Establishing new connections (electricity, water) is contingent upon regulatory compliance and availability.
  • Additional services may vary over time depending on situational requirements.
6. Liability Disclaimer

Land Gasti is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to data inaccuracies or service disruptions.

7. Force Majeure

Land Gasti is not liable for delays or failures caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, government regulations, cybersecurity threats, or other force majeure events.

8. Additional Work

Additional work will only be undertaken after the client has agreed to the associated costs and timeline.

9. Updates to Terms

Land Gasti reserves the right to accept or reject proposals if discrepancies are found in documentation.

10. Timely Payments
  • Disputes must be resolved directly between the property owner and Land Gasti.
  • Renewals may incur additional fees.
11. Termination and Suspension of Services

Land Gasti reserves the right to terminate or suspend services due to violations of these Terms or regulatory requirements.

12. Documentation Requirements

Documentation is mandatory during onboarding, and agreements are valid only when signed by the property owner.

13. Dispute Resolution
  • Disputes must be resolved directly between the property owner and Land Gasti.
  • Third parties are not involved in the resolution process.
  • Services will be suspended if a property is involved in a dispute, and the property owner is responsible for resolving the matter.
14. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law, and any disputes will be adjudicated in Hyderabad courts.

15. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence

Clients must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to real estate transactions and property management.
