Cancellation & Refund Policy (India)

Cancellation Policy:

  • Customers must submit cancellation requests within 24 hours of payment.
  • Land Gasti reserves the right to cancel agreements in cases of:
  • Property-related legal disputes that may affect service execution.
  • Misrepresentation or incorrect information provided by the customer.

Refund Policy:

  • Within 24 hours of payment:
  • Full refund of subscription charges, excluding costs for Infrastructure Management services.
  • Within 30 days of payment
  • 50% refund of subscription charges after deducting Infrastructure Management service fees.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • The refund timeline may take up to 15 working days, depending on the transaction provider.
  • Land Gasti is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or external agencies.
  • Customers will receive a refund confirmation via their registered email or phone.
